help everytime i switch my bluetooth on. a message says a "bluetooth software license file not found" my laptop is acer 4736z vista starter

...is there a software which manages the bluetooth for the laptop?

It sounds like you have attached a cheap Bluetooth adapter to your laptop and installed their software - is that right?

Some cheap Bluetooth adapters have pirate software and cause problems. Better to uninstall the Bluetooth software and use the Windows default software.

but its still working.i bought it with default bluetooth software.its WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software.can anobody know what i have to do?

In this case must be a very old Widcomm software - they had these "license" problems a couple of years ago or longer. Try checking the laptop manufacturer for updated drivers then.
