i have just brought a acer aspire 1692 and it says it has bluetooth intergrated do i still have to buy anything to use bluetooth can anyone help me plz

Is it "Integrated Bluetooth" or "Bluetooth ready?". If it's Integrated Bluetooth then you should not need anything else.

it says on the inernet when i look at the acer webpage for the specs of the laptop that it is bluetooth integrated but there does not seem to have the software on installed for it can anyone help plz

Is the Bluetooth on? I think the drivers are there but Windows will only install these when the hardware is switched on. There should be a function key for this, or a switch.

Other than this, if you don't have the software then it should be back to Acer's customer support.

there is a button on the front of the laptop and when i press it it keeps coming up with no devices
