I a have a belkin wireless modem/router and just recently added a belkin extender/access point.
these work well together especially for my small business where it creates a hot spot for my customers.

I have tried to add a second extender at a different spot but it works well for about 2 mins and then I get ip contention for the wireless lap tops. As soon as turn the 2nd one off the connection comes back.

Can you tell me how i can solve the problem and have the two extenders working

Welcome to Geekzone... Perhaps you could set the second wireless point to another channel to prevent interference?
