hi there,

wonder if any guru's can help me with a wee problem?

I've been trying for the past 3 hours to get my IPAQ to go on the internet via a Bluetooth dongle. (MSN and explorer use only)

I can't seem to get it all to work correctly. any and all help apreciated please

details you need to know:

IPAQ 3970 (bluetooth only no WIFI) V1.2?
100m Bluetooth dongle
Bluesoleil software
& a bluetooth n00b trying to configure it

please help as i need to get this working before work tomorrow (so i can play on the PDA all day while nobodys lookin)

If there's a simple n00b guide i would happily play for hours to get it all working :)

many thanks
Jok

i can't belive i'm still trying to do this

anyway i've read a few threads on the forum and saw that i can connect to the internet as long as i'm connected via bluetooth to activesync

problem is i can't do that either due to this "Bluesoleil" software that came bundled with the bluetooth adaptor.

I tried to uninstall the software and keep the drivers so i could use the XP bluetooth wizzard but i can't find the wizard. PC says "i cannot use it due to installed software etc.. basically not with drivers or dongle"

any advise to get me syncing via BT ?

cheers
Jok
