Currently I have two iomega usb bluetooth adpaters, all profiles work fine, except ICS... uninstalled ZA, and turned off all firewalls, Ive read 15 howto's on ICS all pretty much what I knew already " I like to refresh my memory " still isnt seeming to work, both computers run windows XP Home. Thanks in advance :-) btw... I have fixed the sp2 problem.

ok ok soooo pissed off here its not funny , geez this is retard, pretty sure its widcomm least thats all I know i see in device manager. umm ok I purchased TWO usb IOGEAR bluetooth class 2 adpaters. one for laptop one for PC , installed per say instructions, updated the sp2 fix, configured ICS for my PC's OUTGOING adpater to 192.168.0.10 static ip, configured my Bluetooth access ip to 192.168.0.1 and the LAPTOPS bluetooth access to 182.168.0.2 so far as i can tell bro, it should be working i get a page cannot be displayed even after entering IPs in the proxy settings of IE and vise versa either way i get nothing. and I know it allows lan access i have checked 150 times all the proper settings etc.

Hmmm. Nope, it won't work like that. ICS needs specific addresses and the clients will use special addresses handed out by ICS (like a mini-DHCP server).

You have to follow this guide, step-by-step. Don't assume anything, do exactly like in the page.

ok for those who would like to see a resolved issue... i guess I can give you one because of the nice people here at geekzone. something i recently became a part of and hope to continue helping and maybe asking other questions when i can. heres the steps i took with a result that works but you wouldnt think it would work.
Step 1 : Installed both laptop and PC's bluetooth adpater drivers
Step 2 : Fix the sp2 problem device manger etc.. more links later
Step 3: I ran networking wizard to get ICS to work. " i tried doing it manualy but for some odd reason it didnt work. bad thing is tho the BLUETOOTH NETWORK icon/status says a cable is unplugged which isnt the case. i assume ICS is doing this. none the less it works. which is still wierd as hell to me. anyway THAT is the steps i took after speaking to freitasm thanks for the help brothra.
