I bet you guys are aware of the Bluetooth 2003 operating system bug on
Pocket PCs that causes the hardware power button not to function. It is
caused when the device is switched off when the Bluetooth is operating.
I could replicate this problem when my HP h 2200 is connected with a
Bluetooth GPS receiver. Why HP doesn't post a bug fix for such a big one?
You guys know how to solve this problem?

I vaguely remember seeing something about this, but I haven't experienced it myself - but I use a H3970 with Windows Mobile 2003. Will ask a friend with H2200 to test it.

I grabbed one of my friends' IPAQ 3970, and found the same problem. Don't know why you "didn't experience it". My testing procedure is use a Microsoft Sample TTY program, connect to a Bluetooth GPS receiver, while the strings are coming out, I turn off the machine, and then I have to reset the machine before it could be turned on. Try it!

Interesting... I don't have a TTY program but tried using a LAN connection (to a BT LAN Access Point). I've turned the H3970 off during e-mail retrieval, and also during a web page download - and none of these case it caused the unit hung requireing the reset to be done.
