I recently bought an Apple Airport Express to stream audio and was dismayed to discover that this WiFi based solution precludes the ability to be used with video because the latency on the wireless audio creates a timing mismatch between the audio and video.

Now that I'm about to invest in a set of decent bluetooth headphones I'm wondering if I'm about to come up against the same problem. Does bluetooth audio suffer from latency? If so, is there a solution (e.g. automated feedback loop) to prevent syncing problems with audio and video or is this a major limitation of any wireless audio streaming product?

Any comments would be appreciated.
