I dunno whats wrong. I've seemed to have tried everything. I am on a winxp comp running a tecom bt dongle using 1.3.7 drivers and an ipaq 3970 running wm2003. I figured out how to bind them and use network access between them so I have internet access on my ipaq and I can ping my pc using the ipaq. However, I can't seem to figure out why I can't find my computer on my ipaq to file share. I tried almost everything. I've check all my configurations, and even tried netuse but the ipaq still can't find the pc. It doesn't seem to be a connection issue, I can even use terminal to remote access the computer and activesyn through the connect but I just can't view my files. Any suggestions?

I think you're probably using the option "Internet Access" instead of "Network Access" in your Bluetooth Network service configuration. If you want the second, try following the Bluetooth Guide for H5450. David Hettel shows how to configure the iPaq for that.

thanks for the quick reply. I finally figured it out. Apparently my RRAS service was disabled on my winxp machine which was why i couldn't see my machine from the ppc. If anyone else is having this problem, that the solution that took me many hours to figure out.
