hello. I have a P910i and use Widcomm drivers 5.0.1 and Symbian OPM 2.4.0.5.
1. When I select the bluetooth serial port in OPM to connect my phone it gives me an XP Blue Screen and restart. can`t see what is the reason for bluescreen because it restarts too fast.
this is a huge problem and it`s driving me mad. the pc suite connects well but also if i use my siemens on the same port to conect with siemens pc suite it restarts my PC. can I change someow the port number??

2. is there a place to download another widcomm version? is widcomm the problem?

3. is there a software that analyzez my com ports and makes a list?? like com 7 : BT serial port for connection with P910. because if in MyBt Places i give the CONNECT command to Bt Serial Port with P910 it gives me the connected message and then the icon does not stay connected.

Most BSOD are caused by bad drivers, then hardware problems (HDD failures, memory)...

Are you using the original software distributed with this Bluetooth adapter?

It sounds then that the Widcomm is not the appropriate driver. Are you using Windows XP SP2? If yes, have you tried using the native drivers instead?
