purchased a Belkin F8T001 bluetooth dongle. After installing the software, rebooting, connecting the dongle, the network connection for the bluetooth connection displays "a network cable is unplugged". The OS XP. Any thoughts? What is wrong?

thank you

If you right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray, click Advanced Configuration, switch to the Services tab and double-click the Network Access services, can you see a dialog like this? If yes, is the option you have there the same as the one here?
