I have a samsung SGH-D500 and my bluetooth won't work!! Every time I try to turn on my bluetooth it says 'Bluetooth active error'. What can i do ?? please help!

If samsung don't know how to fix there own handsets I am very worried.

I would ring them back and ask to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about,

They would need the handset to check it out (it can not be fixed over the phone)

I sent my Samsung SGH D500 off to samsung and they have fixed it!! My bluetooth is fixed now!!! Thank you! From Rachael xxxx

RIGHT!! This Mobile phone is geting on my nerves!!! This sign keeps popping up saying 'DNS error' What do i do??? please help me!!! rachael

Hmmm. What are you trying to do? When does the message come out (what program are you using, etc).

Since this came back from the manufacturer, I'd say the network configuration for your mobile operator was erased - is this the case? If yes, then I recommend taking it to a store where they can reenter this configuration (or check if your operator offers a website to send the configuration via SMS).

well it just pops up every half an hour - hour and the only option is to press ok and it makes the time stop!! it is sooo annoying!!! all i know is that it is something to do with the GPRS or GSM settings! Something to do with the internet!
