Please help me someone. I have an ipaq H3970 and want to connect it to my pc (Win 2000) using activesync via bluetooth. The USB works fine.

I bought a belkin F8t001 BT device bu when in install it and try to select a COM ports only those above 11 are available.

I read the articel on this subject for WinXP but am confused as upon entering device manager I expected to see old devices with com port numbers next to them which I could then remove but they are not there !!!

Could you please explain exactly how I can select the COM ports on the BT software to match the activesync one ?
