I Have Bluetooth and infra red and my phone model is sony ericsson K700I...
But I Dun Know How To Send...

Assuming you have Bluetooth on your computer, and assuming you want to transfer files from your mobile phone to your computer...

First you need to "pair" your devices. The easiest way if from your PC, from the Bluetooth manager. Once you have the devices paired you will use a file manager on your phone and once you select a file you should have a "Transfer File" option. Of course this will depend on each model.

Most desktops will only have Bluetooth if you bought an adapter and installed the software - if you haven't done this then you probably won't have it on your computer.

Bluetooth: adapter required
Infrared: adapter required
Cable
Memory card

All of these technologies require you to have a peice of hardware (either a receiver, a storage medium and reader, or a cable).

Bluetooth is most convenient, and probably the better technology for most uses.

You should probably go to a shop selling mobile phone accessories in your country. Any prices we give here will be vey different from what you can find there. Also someone in the store will be able to give you more precise instructions matching your specific mobile phone and software for file transfer.

You will need a program in addition to cable, or infrared, or Bluetooth.

I really think you should to visit a store where people will be able to give you some much needed one-on-one information and options.
