I have been asked to search out for wireless access points for use in our new offices.

Most important is reliability, reachability and they need to look reasonable if they are hung on the wall.

What do you recommend ?

Maybe look @ NetGear, they are a fairly solid mid-range business product. Features you probably want to look for are PoE (power over ethernet), multiple SSID/multiple VLAN & good ceiling/wall mounting options.
