Hi all,
Im currently running XP SP2 with the standard USB 10m DSE bluetooth adaptor.

I'm looking to share my jetstream connection through the bluetooth adaptor and be able to browse (without those amazing GPRS charges) on my Nokia 6230.

Im wondering if anyone out there knows A. if its possible too and B. how to do it.
Looking through the Nokia 6230 documentation i have found no answer as to if the inbuilt browser supports it and there is always the possibility of someone out there who has actually made or bought/obtained a bluetooth compatible browser for the nokia 6230.

Any help or comments at this time are appreciated. Thanx

Sorry, as far as I am aware, the browser will only connect through the cellular connection.

If you are wanting to browse from the couch, try a cheap PDA... these are quite nice...

Yes, that's correct. Older Symbian smartphones (such as the Nokia 3650 and Sony Ericsson P800) would work over Bluetooth when connected through mRouter (similar to Pocket PCs when connected to ActiveSync).

This feature was disabled later on...

Thats a pity, However there are some applications I have on my phone that utilize the Bluetooth capabilities of the phone so it's always possible that a fellow phone user out there has found or created and application that could do this.... I'll keep looking into it for about another month, By then I normally have something new to think about
