After paying my dues and experiencing the typical 2+ days of agony, I finally got Bluetooth Internet access working on my iPaq 2215! I'm using a Belkin F8T001 (version 2) USB adapter with static IPs in Windows 2003 with connection bridging.

So here's the problem. The first time I try to establish my net connection (from the 2215 via Bluetooth Manager -> Network Access) always results in a failed connection attempt. It will sit there with the "Connecting..." message for about 30 seconds until finally telling me the attempt failed. I then try to connect again immediately afterwards and then there's no problem - I'm connected within 3 seconds!

I've verified Power Options on the Windows 2003 machine and nothing's set to "turn off". I should also note that ActiveSyn works fine and never has the same delays. It always connects quickly on the first attempt.

Any ideas?? Thanks.
