I have recently purchased a Nokia e63 and connected to my Windows 7 32-bit laptop via Bluetooth and using the Nokia pc suite.

The problem I am experiencing is that the phone would constantly (every few seconds) ask if I want to accept the connection from the laptop. Whether I click yes or no it would repeatedly prompt me to accept the message.

I also have a Bluetooth mouse (Genius Navigator 905BT) which is also giving problems. It would stop working for about 20 seconds at any stage whether the phone is connected or not.

I have switched off the Bluetooth on the phone as it is virtually unusable when connected to the laptop.

It seems it’s a laptop issue. I have reinstalled the Nokia pc suite and Bluetooth driver but the same issue persists.

Any ideas?
