I read the GZ guide on connecting for GPRS, but i am trying to connect to a 3G handset (SE Z1010)

Is there any config scripts I need, or dial properties, to invoke the phone to accept IP via BT and get my laptop on the net?

It should work fine, but you will find out that all new Motorola and Sony Ericsson mobile phones need a reset command to be used before anything else. Make sure to enter ATZ; in the modem configuration in the control panel - in front of anything already there.
