Hi,

Question: Does the new Mac Mini Bluetooth module come with the A2DP profile? A friend of mine just got one and we tried my CB2530 BT headphones. They were detected, but getting them to work is the problem. I'm no Mac expert, so either we're doing something wrong or the Mac Mini's don't support the newest BT profiles. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I don't think it comes with support for A2DP and the Apple Support website returns no results for A2DP.

That's strange, not to mention disappointing. A2DP is still fairly new, but I would think that if the Mini has BT 2.0 + EDR (and I'm not even certain that it does) they would include a profile like A2DP that is potentially very useful. Especially since Macs are so multimedia-oriented...

How would one find out if Mac is going to be releasing one in the near future? Thanks!
