Hello,

I was wondering if you are able to wirelessly log onto a server? Usually you log on to a computer and then you get to see the wireless networks in your area but I was hoping to log onto a server directly from the logon screen.

Currently the laptop is running Windows XP SP3 and the server is a NT4 server. Though I'm doubting the current server is capable of this ability.

You mean log into a domain over wireless, Yes it can be done

Just set the wireless network to automatic connect on startup

Yes I did mean log onto a domain. Is it the laptop or the wireless router I set to auto connect?

The laptop needs to use the built in windows wireless connection software - not a 3rd party one. And it needs to make the connection before you logon - usually wait 10 seconds after the logon screen appears
