Ok well dispite the problems that I am having with my phon i.e shutting off ( later on finding out from a nokia service center is that some phones were defective chips were sent out ( i.e xbox first fleet of consoles when they first came out with bad harddrives) soo i will mail mine to them and have the chip replaced)I tried to transfer or rather did transfer a file from my laptop via inrared but it would not work sitting unable to read format.Please help me what format must it be in , i thought that any mp3 file would work help!!!!!! Also last but not least ( read my signature i know nothing) How the hell do you transfer files and info via bluetooth and i was told that i could listen to my music via my bluetooth but then told i couldnt. Is any one brave enoough to answer my questions lol .Peace all

No one could even consider answering this set of problems without knowing the make and model... you should post seperate clear questions in the appropriate forums too.
