I've just installed one of these into a house and I'm having trouble getting it working. I have followed the instructions but still not getting the phone to go down to the jack points.
I have tried with both the test/isolate plugged in and unplugged. Phone works if you patch from the patch panel to the test/isolate port but not any of the 6 ports that should work. Anyone got any ideas on what I can do???

Have you looped the alarm port if you're not using an alarm?

Cyril7 designed this so might be able to offer some more advice!

Hi as Steve says, if you have no security system then you must loop the security TO and From circuits othewise it no go, I think it says that at least once in the destructions that accompany the panel.
