Hello,

I have a bluetooth dongle using the WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software 5.5.0.7900 software and Windows XP SP3.  The first time I tried to connect to my Samsung cell phone it displayed a passcode on the screen of my computer.  I was then scrambling around trying to find the screen on my cell phone where I could enter the passcode.  By the time I got to the screen on my cell phone where I could enter the passcode.  The passcode wasn't being displayed anymore.  I've tried going several times to the Bluetooth Configuration on my PC, it finds my cell phone (SAMSUNG88), but instead of displaying the passcode it says:

To complete the pairing process, type the required passkey and then click Next.  If you do not know the passkey, see the instructions that came with SAMSUNG88.

How do I get it to display the passcode again?

Try initiating the pairing from your mobile phone, and it should ask for a passcode. Your PC should then show a bubble in the system tray - click it and you should see the code, or be able to create one,
