I bought the dbt120 two months ago and with the dongle came widcomm 1.22. But when I choose to update to the latest 1.4 version it keeps asking me a security key when I try to search for devices. The package doesn't includes a security key and I have tried generating one from the website and it doesn't work.
I know that there are two versions of v1.4 software from dlink and I have tried them all. I live in Sweden.
Anybody else have similar problem?

Btw. dlink support here sucks!

It's a shame you have this experience. I've read in other threads about this happening too. The only way to solve is via DLINK's support.

I agree DLINK customer service is poor. I don't recommend this brand.
