I'm looking at getting my old man to buy one of these so he can connect his pc and Tivo through it.  He currently only has the speedtouch modem connected to he pc.  Anyone used one?  Any problems with it?  He will be connecting the Tivo via the wireless and the pc via a cable.

thanks

Hi, the latter Dlinks seem not too bad, I have not used this explicit model but its current siblings, and they seem just fine, normal conditions apply, ie you may find some oddball situation with your gear and this router, you never know.

Regardsless I recommend that you use this router in layer2, ie bypass mode, a link to how to do that is here.
