Does anyone know of a router that can limit the speed to specific users and/or limit the amount of data they are allowed a day.

Or a router that can be loaded with different firmware to do this?

There are lots of solutions out there, but most are incredibly drawn out geeky extra-pc linux gateway solutions, and no one seems to have an easy install option of something to limit and/or measure data for a shared living situation.

There used to be a NZ crowd doing their own firmware on a router you buy, with all the monitoring and reporting done in the cloud for $5 a month.

Oh look - here it is: http://www.webgauge.co.nz/Default.aspx
