Hi anyone had problems connecting phones via bluetooth to Navman GPS?

I am trying to connect HTC Snap (windows mobile 6) to Navman My65 and Navman does not see the phone. This phone is not "supported" by Navman and they have not provided any help/support - useless.

More than that, does not seem like Navman supports any modern phones - Useless again.
