Just moved into a new flat and noticed that my flat mate cannot get wifi signal in his room while we can. While in the lounge (where the router is) me and another flat mate have full signal while he has 2 bars.
Any ideas?

freitasm: Have you checked to see if his computer/PDA/Smartphone has power control for the wireless device? Or have you checked your AP to see if you can increase power?
Also are there many APs around that could cause interference?
sbiddle: How far away is the room? Same floor? Above? Below? What are the walls made of? Concrete? Jib? What sort of router do you have? What direction are the aerials aimed?
There are lots of possible reasons and without a lot more information it's hard to give any real answers.
Time to find a new industry!
