Hi,

Just watching fair go and they were talking about how to add value to properties and it got me thinking about structured cabling.

Has there been any research/analysis done about what value s added by installing structured cabling to TCF guidelines or better?

Or if there are any real estate agents on here, is it a selling point?

I know that in a renter, its normal to make tenants remove all cabling because if it is in place the landlord has to ensure that it works etc. Perhaps that will change soon, and it may not be the case for non student grade housing.
