hey guys i try to use uTorrent at university of otago and i have change some setting at uTorrent like proxy and it can find the seed now but it still not working properly how can i do........ Q_Q

It is most likely blocked at University, and for good reason.
What are you trying to download? There may be other options available.

If the uni has a firewall as mentioned above, not much you can do about it.

There are possibly ways around it(the uni's firewall) but likely will be against their policy for network access and may cause your login to be revoved.

You should look into what's prohibited before any further attempts to circumvent their security measures.

Yep, speak to your university network administrators or the IT help desk with regards to using uTorrent. The first option I would consider is a VPN from a laptop you own, however.

As noted, if it's against the University policy to use torrent, then you might be getting into trouble if caught. They must have their reasons to block it.

Remember, it's not a "free ISP", so you shouldn't abuse your right to use it.
