We just purchased a desktop computer at work for a new employee, and it came with Windows 7 Home Premium and won't connect to our server running Microsoft Small Business Server 2003.
I've done some googling on it, and it seems that the Home version won't connect to a domain, because M$ is stingy and cripples their lesser versions of Windows.
I've tried the work-arounds mentioned on the net (naming the computer the same name as the server and making the Windows logon name/password the same as the user's server logon name/password) but still can't seem to get any joy.
Anyone have any other tricks/recommendations?
