I am having problems with my Mac time capsule and have been given a DSE wireless router from a friend to use while my time capsule is being fixed but I am having problems connecting up the network with my telstra modem.

I am trying to connect:
- Macbook pro
- Telstra surfboard modem (warpspeed service)
- DSE wireless router 802.11g

So far, I have connected to two devices and my mac is finding the network (it already has a name and password from when my friends had it) but it has no connectivity. I am assuming I need to change something in the settings but have no idea what.

Any hep would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Have you loaded your IP details into the router?

No I haven't. Could you suggest how I go about that?

Thanks.

Log into the DSE router and enter the IP details provided to you by TCL.
