I have been trying to link up my LG 325 and my Treo 650 (Sprint PCS) cellphones to my dell notebook. Does anyone know the Passkey (PIN code) for these cellphones. I am trying  to use them as a wireless modem.

The only way to use a Treo650 as a wireless modem is via Bluetooth. The passkey is something that you define. It must be the same for the Treo650 and your laptop. I am lazy so always use 1111 as my passkey.
