I cant install the software fine with no errors, however the only problem i am facing is, when pluging in the dongle, windows doesnt detect it, the sound of the usb been inserted comes on, however the bluetooth software still and always said "bluetooth device not found"

anyhow help would be greatly appreciated..

Is this Widcomm software the one that came with this device? If yes, then Windows might be using the default driver instead of the new driver. If this is the case, check our Bluetooth Guides for instructions on how to change drivers.
