I've seen a few reviews on this and it seems a mixed bag. The problems point to the first shipments having problematic firmware.

Just wondered if anyone out there has been using one and how it's going. I've currently got a NSLU2 which is just too slow for anything more than consuming.

Any alternatives in the market around the $100-$150 area?

I bought one and couldn't get it to run Debain, spent a couple months and numerous attempts.

Stock firmware was kind of average, would only buy it if you're confident you can get Debian to install.
