I recently got a UX50 Clie and want to sync with my laptop using bluetooth. I bought a D-Link DBT-120 Bluetooth USB adapter (Software WIDCOMM 1.4.1 Build 6) and installed it on my Dell Latitude C/610 which is running Windows 2000 Professional (Ver 5.00.2195 Service Pack 2). The installation appeared to go OK and the Device Manager finds the adapter and says that it is working properly. But when I try to further configure the adapter, I get the message "No local bluetooth device found." I don't get a bluetooth wireless network icon appearing in My Network Places. I know that is a problem but I don't know how to correct it. When I search for bluetooth devices, either from the PC to the Clie, or from the Clie to the PC, no devices are found.
Thanks for your help
