Greetings!
I'm trying to pair both my BlackBerry Torch 9800 and a Motorola 550 headset via Bluetooth and I seem to be running into a conflict on the drivers. I'm using a Cirago 6310 BT adapter that came bundled with Motorola drivers. I couldn't get the Torch to sync my contacts, etc. with BlackBerry Desktop Software. Cirago tech support had me uninstall the Motorola drivers, then plug the adapter in, which installed the default Windows drivers. IT WORKED! I was finally able to sync my Torch without fumbling with the cord!
But, then my Motorola headset that I use for my VoIP softphone wouldn't pair. It seems it depends on the Motorola driver stack.
My question is, is it possible to get the headset to work on the Windows driver? Or somehow direct each device to pair over separate drivers on the same BT adapter? Or, is there another solution?
System details: I'm running a custom built AMD Athlon dual core 4800+, 2 GB RAM, Windows 7 Pro SP 1
I'd be VERY grateful for any help--I've been trying to get this to work for over a month and Cirago support has been helpful to a point, but they're not in the business of supporting Motorola and BlackBerry issues too.
Thanks!
Kara
