Need some help for my 2nd hand SONY PCG-C1MZX which have integrate BT

I installed the clear WinXP and SP2, then install the newest BT driver which from SONY website.

but the problem is I could not find the MS stack on Control panel.. in Device Manager there is no Bluetooth Radios

and the driver I just installed could be found in Network adapters which is OPEN INTERFACE Bluetooth Network Adapter.

Can someone plz tell me if I did something on istalling the driver?

The Microsoft Bluetooth stack has a specific list of compatible devces, and most are external USB Bluetooth adapters. If you are using an internal adapter you must use Sony's own drivers.

Hi, so do you mean any esle not on the list can not be used with the MS stack and I have to use the stack which come from SONY call BlueSpace? Or any 3rd party stack you suggest?

Some adapters are not in the list, but work. But if you have already tried and it didn't work, then you have to use the Sony's software.

Thanks very much.. just installl BlueSpace.. although not sure how well it can work..

I noticed there is a Network cable unplugged icon on the right bottom side for the bluetooth, what I suppose to do to get rid of it?
