I have the logitech wireless mx bluetooth combo and it works nice but when i leave the computer for like two minutes or if it goes into sleep mode the keybaord freezes up and the mouse but the keyboard mostly. Any ways to stop that? Also, sometimes when i turn on my computer, the keyboard works when i sign on but once windows loads, it just stops working and i have to restart maybe a couple of times to get it working. Sometimes I even have to like reinstall it into the bluetooth or readd it.

If there is a way to fix this I would be very grateful of you.

Thanks,

Open the System Properties by hitting Windows + Pause/Break key. Switch to the Hardware tab and click the Device Manager button.

Check in the list of USB devices if any device has an option to allow the system to turn off the device to save power:

It's starting to happen again.

My keyboard stops working if I leave it alone for like 5 minutes and I have to restart which brings the other problem.

When I turn on my computer, I can type in my profile password to login but once the computer starts the keyboard doesn't work and I have to restart like another 2 times before it works again.

Please help me

I don't want to have to return my bluetooth devices because I really want to keep them.
