Hi there,
I have a PC(without BT) with broadband linked up and Ipaq 3970(with BT) connected using USB. Can I access broadband(internet) from another notebook with USB BT dongle through the Ipaq 3970 bluetooth network? If yes, how should I proceed.

I know I can access internet on the Ipaq 3970 using ActiveSync but how can I setup an ICS between the Ipaq 3970 and another notebook with USB BT ready.

The h3970 with Pocket PC OS 2000 does not provide this service. The Windows Mobile 2003 version provides a Network Server option, but it's not for sharing access, only files. Even so it'll only accept one connection type at any time - so if you're using the h3970 to connect to something, other devices will not be allowed to connect to the h3970 at the same time.
