I hope this is in the correct forum.

I have never 3D printed something before but there is something that I want to make and would like to know the easiest software to use to do this.

I am not good with CAD, so this needs to be real easy.

Looking online there is a lot of great stuff that have made, given me some inspiration but not quite what I want. 

The local public library has a 3d printer and they charge by the meter of filament, so that is OK.
