Even a half baked redkneck should be able to understand for anything like this to work it has to be a reflector....

thus would need to be on the screen side of the phone!
even more stupid it is on the bottom of the phone not up the top where the antennae are, and also the closest point to your head.....

2 out of 10 for dumb effort

If their claims aren't true, a FTA complaint too?

Remember Power Balance? This product just reminded me of them. Based on Power Balance's success, I'm sure these will sell well.

We had a traveller stay with us for a few months. He slept in the same room as the router. He believed that Wi-Fi is really dangerous and made him feel sick. I had to turn the router off each night.

That's called the nocebo effect. It's real!

Looking deeper into their claims, it appears that the tests were performed in China, not Australia and the radiation levels were certainly not reduced by 95%, some levels were actually increased, while others were reduced marginally. Possibly random noise? not sure about that, and test results for some phones returned a 404 error.

I'd be switching my router into no-lights mode and doing some testing on him (that's what travellers are for, right?)

I would be telling them to GTFO with their hippy BS.

And why are people sleeping in your server room?

The correct form of the question is actually "Why is your server in the guest bedroom?".
