Drop us a line via the returns form here, link to this thread, and I'll make sure you get a refund for the faulty sets (or a like-for-like replacement from another brand of your choice) regardless of receipts.

Nawww thanks Nik

My apologies I didnt mean to disrespect PBtech, Im a very loyal customer and go there for nearly all my technology needs. I was just frustrated at the Xiaomis just dying on one side, it appears its always the same, I have no idea what component breaks, its not wiring so I can only assume its the speaker itself......

Im still using them as I usually only have one earphone in my ear at a time when going to sleep anyway I load up something monotone on Ted Talks and it gets me sleepy.

I found a fix to these earphones, this sounds really wrong though haha.

But I put them in a shallow pool of boiling water without the rubber buds, then dry them out and they work again. Whats bizarre is i can see bubbles coming out of them. At first i thought it might be ear wax, but ive checked the grills and there is no wax.

Bizarre. tempted to pull them apart and locate the issue which i think is some kind of pressure applied in the suction motion of going into the ear.
