I use Dahua gear on the outside of the house and Arlo on the inside. Place them where it does not intrude on your neighbors property. One of my camera's point to my driveway but since the driveway and road is so close, it captures cars parked on the street. I have had few requests from neighbours to check the footage when someone does something to their car when parked on the road.

This is obviously causing you a considerable amount of mental anguish. Could I suggest trying to find a counsellor who understands your position to help you work through that part? It's very tempting to overreact with technological measures (and you're asking a bunch of geeks here who will go overboard in this regard :-), but getting your emotions and thinking sorted out first would be the best first step.

Hi,

Definitely this is the scenario for professional help. Maybe private detective or something. Especially one focussed on computer security too. If someone is hacking you in a big way it's relatively easy to detect but needs professional know how.

Cameras will help in confirming who it is. Are the burglaries at night or during daytime? I'd suggest NOT to put the camera on the network since you are hacked and that would too them off. There are cameras that record to SD card. Thing is there, that they might steal the camera if they see it. So it needs to be small or well hidden (there are things like stuffed toy cameras go search AliExpress)

You could also place a trap. Buy a GPS tracker. Costs about $30 and battery can last 3 days. Then place that in an object they'd steal. Once they do you can track where it goes. Again I'd only do that in conjunction with professional support.

Cheers

Folks. I think some are not prepared to handle this situation. Please do not inflame.

To the OP, I suggest this might not be the appropriate forum/resource for this situation.
