Supplied lamps on the arlec ones are a very blue daylight with atrocious CRI. You may want to factor in better lamps for it. They are really ugly

DamageInc:

Looking around, here is another option:

https://www.bunnings.co.nz/arlec-30w-led-security-sensor-twin-flood-light_p0132000

Comes with its own power cord which is close to my garage opener power source.

FWIW I renewed mine outside the porch that was damaged/old with LED ones from Bunnings - was a straight forward wire swap and screw back into the soffit.

+1 for the Bunnings Grid Connect Sensor lights. You can change all settings from your phone and automate things like "motion detected in driveway, turn on all lights".  Only down side is they seem to have a very poor Wi-Fi antenna.  Like someone else has said they have a standard screw socket so can easily upgrade the LED's to brighter ones.

Many things they could do to improve it, like send current light level to the app and let me set how dark it is now as the correct setting to turn on at rather than just replace the analog control with a slider like they do.

Also being able to trigger things with motion when its daylight without turning the lights on.

And being able to group them and other lights to have a shared timer for all of them.

I have currently several cheap sensors that I have run an additional piece of twin between and back to the switch with the intention of putting a shelly or one of the mains triggerable tuyasmart modules on inorder to have the sensors output come back on one wire to the shelly/other module as an input and then its output back to all the lamp holders. I bench tested it and it "works" somewhat but I need to get the logic sorted to decouple the input from the output, and with the sensors set to a short timeout it means they're clicking all the damn time, even during the day since I want motion sensing at that time. If they could make the tuya sensors decouple the sensor from the LED switching and be able to group them with the lights subject to the light sensor only they would be great. But for the price and the fact they are legit with SDOC and able to be swapped out with zero new wiring, the grid connect sensor lights are still a winner.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but did we ever establish whether there was a decent floodlight/camera combo on the market that didn't have a subscription service required (a la Ring)?

I have been looking around and can't find the ones I originally found and now can't even remember what they were called!!

Something like the Eufy, but potentially with replaceable LED's or another design.

Eufy are your best bet for that but you won't get replaceable LED's.  https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/CCTEFY2101/Eufy-eufyCam-Floodlight-Camera---White-1080p-2500
