Apologies for resurrecting this post, but I've been thinking about the reMarkable range of e-ink tablets and came upon this post from last year.  @caffynz - I'm curious whether the Paperlike on your iPad has lived up to your expectations, or if you decided to go with something like the reMarkable or the BOOX.

I contemplated the Paperlike a few months back but was put off by the suggestion from some that it wore down the stylus tips very fast, and made it harder to see the display of the iPad for other uses.  So I'm intrigued to hear how you got on.

I enjoyed using the Paperlike on my iPad and it was nice to write on. Used it a lot while studying, writing onto OneNote. I bought this stylus.

However, I didn't apply it properly (a few bubbles) and it eventually resulted in my iPad minimising apps and going back to the home screen frequently. Once I took the Paperlike off, this issue stopped.
I'd apply another one (have a spare) if I was confident to do it properly!

I picked up the 8GB RAM  / 256GB Storage version of the Lenovo Idea Tab in Sydney last week and so far loving it.

This model wasn't available in NZ and the 8/128 GB model was showing at full price here at home.

I'm now waiting for local stock of the keyboard case.
