We've had some issues where the box doesn't seem to respond to the remote for a few seconds then all of a suddne goes haywire while it catches up with all of the instructions it has received. Maybe that's just my impatience?

 

I had that way before tvos26 - remote would work ok if I was right beside the ATV4K but from on the couch slow/laggy/jerky

issue was poor bluetooth connectivity from further away - I had a short/cheap HDMI cable from the atv4k to my AV receiver which had poor shielding and was causing lots of RF interference, swapped it out and remote went back to working properly
