Holesaw selection at bunnings/mitre10 is crap. They are all inch sizes converted over to mm, yet they sell 80mm cable grommets from hafelle in the fastner aisle, yet not holesaw to put them in.
I got a lot of holesaws from aliexpress for real cheap for things like downlights, cable grommets, etc because of that.
Do you mind me asking what the filter cost including install? I've got a (not cheap) Osram LED fixture that flickers like crazy at certain times of the day (definitely 6:30pm every day) over in Lower Hutt.
bit hard to use a hole saw when a hole already exists nothing for the drill bit to catch on
I do remember seeing a special one that allowed the enlarging of existing holes without needing the central drill hole.
The reason I was looking into this was after the installer cut many of the downlight holes too large for the lights and had to get new lights to fit larger holes.

I had two filters installed on separate circuits at the cost of $750 installed so 375 each. Not sure if that's a good or bad price, I just wanted the issue fixed
