Kind of expensive, do you need a mech on top of that?

 

I do like the idea of Zigbee with respect to power usage.

The dimmer is the mech, but you still need the skin and grid to sit it in. Generally you can get these in combo packs though. The dimmer itself comes with a push button to replace the rocker that comes with the skins.
