At the moment I'm just using duckdns with port forwarding, ip ban and 2fa included obviously. I've tried the Cloudflared and Nginx Proxy options however I found they interfered with some integrations. Nginx proxy got in the way somehow when it came to being able to upload sound files in automations. The fitbit integration didn't like Cloudflared.
